Clinic Radiologist Technologist-7560

Primary Duties: To administer ionizing radiation to patients producing diagnostic radiographs which assist in the diagnosis and treatment of patients. Responsible for x-ray quality, maintaining repeat and reject analyzes, and fluoroscope of lead apron used in the clinic setting.  Has to be knowledgeable about insurance, pre-certifying patients for diagnostic test or therapies, surgeries procedures, and/or referrals to another provider. Primary Duties:The cooks are responsible for the preparation of hot and some cold food choices for all patient meals, catering events, cafeteria and Living Center.  Foods are to be prepared according to the recipes, manufacturer guidelines or other predetermined instructions.  Foods are to be prepared in accordance of diet restrictions and maintain an appealing and appetizing appearance.  Pre-preparation for designated menu needs is an essential part of each cooks responsibility.  Cooks will maintain grocery and non-grocery supplies in designated areas with the inventory requisition process.  Sanitation for the cook’s area is the shared responsibility of all cooks.  Cooks follow safe food handling practices at all times, are familiar with food codes and consistently follow the approved 3-sink method for washing, rinsing and sanitizing pots and pans.  The Cook reports directly to the Director of Dietary Services and are accountable to the Dietary Call Operator/Supervisor and other Hospital Staff.  Following and supporting the Mission is a critical aspect of the Cook’s responsibility.

If CNA, a microbiology, anatomy, & physiology class is required within 1 year of hire.  For Certified Surgical Scrub Tech:  Graduate of an accredited program for Surgical Techs.  Certification for Surgical Techs required. Ultrasound Technologist- 7373

Primary Duties:The Ultrasound Technologist uses high frequency sound waves to perform scans of particular organs or vessels to aid in the diagnosis and treatment of patients.  The technologist prepares the room and equipment, utilizes accepted settings to capture the images, and evaluates the images for diagnostic qualities.  The Ultrasound Technologist needs to assist with invasive procedures utilizing the guidance of ultrasound.  The Ultrasound Technologist also takes call, orders supplies, works the office, and transports patients.  The Ultrasound Technologist assists in scheduling the patients and explains the procedure being performed.

Qualifications:Associates Degree in a medical field required.  Prefer previous medical background and experience in ultrasound.  Registered ultrasound technologist preferred.
